13 Months!!

The house hunt continues.  We decided to make an offer yesterday only to discover that the sellers accepted an offer on Friday.  I have at least 1 on my list for my visit this week, so we'll see how it goes.

He lays on the floor when he's laughing really hard - it's hard to capture on camera, but trust me that it's really cute!

Here are JD's 13 Month pictures!  He's talking a lot, and he's moving constantly.  He still won't walk on his own, but he's stood on his own a few times.  When he has help or can hold something, he's walking fast, so it's only a matter of time.
