She checked him thoroughly, and he looks great! He had to get 3 shots, and they also had to do a finger prick to check for lead. It was a very traumatic end to the appointment, and he took longer than usual to recover, but he did. JD met one of the student doctors who he seemed to like - he kept sharing his dinosaurs with him. It was pretty sweet esp. since he's been hesitant around strangers these days.
Speaking of dinosaurs, here are few pictures of JD playing with his dinosaur toy from Grammy & Grandpa. I also included a picture of him with his sippy cup. He looks like a big boy!
