Pumpkin Patch

We drove to Hobart, Indiana to the County Line Orchard on Saturday.  It's an apple orchard with a pumpkin patch, food, bakery, ETC.  It took about 1.5 hours to get there, and JD fell asleep even though it was after he had already taken his morning nap.  The weather was okay - colder than expected with a light rain at times.  JD was a trooper, but it wasn't his favorite day (but it looks like it was mine).  Hopefully it will be better next year.  Here are some pictures...

JD's seems to be saying, "Daddy, please don't encourage Mommy.  I would like to go home."

It was busy but it wasn't too crowded

After we bought our tickets, we realized that the Moo Choo Train was for kids.  I had to go with JD since he couldn't go alone

John came with us to take pictures

A self-portrait - you can tell how much fun he's having!

There is a tractor that takes you around to orchard to the different apple picking spots and the pumpkin patch.  JD looks unimpressed.
