JD's First Road Trip! (Lots of Pictures!!)

On Friday, we drove to Mentor for Grandpa Bolden's 60th Birthday!!  There was a party on Saturday, and JD got to meet lots of family and friends - including his twin cousins Zoe & Madi!  The drive on Friday and again on Monday went well.  We did a quick gas stop while JD was sleeping, and then we did a longer stop for lunch (Mommy & Daddy and JD) and bathroom breaks.  We get to do it again but in a different direction when we drive to Minnesota for Memorial Day Weekend!  Here are some pictures from the weekend...

JD got to meet some UD friends -- Colin, Candace, Kelley, and Nora.  Colin & Nora are Mark & Kelley's kids.  Mark was there, too, but we didn't get a picture with him.

 Great-Grandpa Bolden stopped over on Sunday, too, so we got a picture of him with JD.

 

 

Happy Mother's Day to Me!  Enjoying a Great Lakes beer while we waited for our table at Outback.  There was a long wait (3 hours!), but we were lucky to grab a booth in the bar area.  JD slept the entire time that we were there.
