Thanksgiving in Mentor

I know - we've been slacking with the blog updates.  We took Mack on her first long road trip to Mentor for Thanksgiving.  We did a practice drive to Gurnee, IL (for lunch at Culver's) the weekend before our drive to Mentor, and Mack was fine.  She had a rough start when we went to Mentor - she threw up in the car.  After that, I sat in the back with her while John drove, and she was fine.  We snuggled the whole way to Mentor.  She had a lot of fun with the Boldens (see picture below of her with Bob).  She got lots of great Christmas presents - a new collar, a new leash, toys that she destroyed (shocking, right?), and a Browns jersey.  Hopefully someone on Sinclair side of the family can help Mack with her love of the Vikings... : )

We took a few pics in front of the Bolden Christmas tree before heading back to Chicago.  We stopped in Indiana to see my Grandma & Aunt Debbie - we couldn't get to the camera (the car was overflowing with goodies), so no pictures.  We'll be sure to get some next time.  Mack was a hit at the nursing home!
